- Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Actual freight costs may differ once the order is finalised.
- Customers will be advised of any freight adjustments before dispatch.
- Additional charges may apply for difficult access, remote locations, upstairs deliveries, assembly
- services, or special delivery requirements.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture can fit through doorways, hallways, stairwells, lifts,
- and accessways before ordering.
- Freight companies generally deliver to the ground-floor entrance, front door, or garage unless
- otherwise arranged.
- Any visible freight damage must be noted with the driver at the time of delivery and reported to
- SuperPrice Furniture within 48 hours.

Storage of Orders
We are happy to hold fully paid orders for a reasonable period where delivery needs to be delayed.
However, if delivery is postponed by the customer for more than 14 days after the goods are ready for dispatch, storage fees may apply.
